Ingredients
- 1 cup Loprofin Macaroni
- 1 tbsp margarine
- 3 tbsp Loprofin Baking Mix
- 250 ml Milupa-lp-Drink
- 1 cup veggies such as carrot, capsicum, zucchini, onion chopped
- Salt and pepper
- Mixed herbs
- ½ cup low protein breadcrumbs
Method
- Preheat oven to 160°C.
- Add pasta to a pot of boiling water, stir until it reaches the boil.
- Cook for 8-10 mins. Once cooked, drain, rinse and keep to the side.
- Melt the margarine in a small saucepan.
- Add the baking mix and cook over low heat for 2-3 minutes while stirring.
- Using a whisk slowly add the Milupa-lp-Drink to the flour mixture.
- Once almost boiling and thickened, take off the heat and season with salt, pepper and mixed herbs.
- In a small frypan cook the vegetables for 2-3 minutes.
- Mix the pasta, vegetables and sauce together and place in an oven proof dish.
- Sprinkle with Loprofin bread crumbs and cook in a moderate oven for 15 minutes.
