Sundried Tomato and Basil Muffins

Ingredients

Method

  • Preheat oven to 180°C.
  • Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  • Add olive oil, pizza sauce and Sno-Pro stirring after each addition.
  • Add basil and sundried tomatoes stirring to combine. Do not over mix.
  • Spoon the mixture into a greased muffin tin (or line with muffin cases) and bake for 10-15 minutes.
