Black Raspberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 200 g raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 285 g canned blackberries in fruit juice
  • 200 ml Milupa-lp-Drink or Sno-Pro
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp honey

Method

  • Place all ingredients into a blender and blend for 1 minute.
  • Sieve out seeds if desired and chill before serving.
  • Pour into a glass and serve.
