Low protein vegetable fritters
Ingredients
- 350 grams grated sweet potato (equals 7.7 grams protein)
- 130 grams sweet corn (equals 3.7 grams protein)
- 1 zucchini grated
- 1 onion grated or finely chopped
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- 1 carrot grated
- 3 tsp egg replacer (Orgran No egg replacer or Loprofin Egg replacer)
- 2 tsp Vegetable stock powder Vegeta seasoning
- 1 cup Loprofin Baking Mix
Method
- Mix together all ingredients
- * This recipe totals approximately 11 grams of protein
- Weigh total fritter mixture and divide by 10 to get the weight of 1 Gram portions
- Heat oil in frypan
- Weigh 1 gram portion to make 10 equal portions of 1 gram
- Cook each portion in frypan
- Enjoy immediately
- If there are leftover then these burgers freeze very well!
