Veggie burgers

Low protein vegetable fritters
Total cooking time : 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 350 grams grated sweet potato (equals 7.7 grams protein)
  • 130 grams sweet corn (equals 3.7 grams protein)
  • 1 zucchini grated
  • 1 onion grated or finely chopped
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • 1 carrot grated
  • 3 tsp egg replacer (Orgran No egg replacer or Loprofin Egg replacer)
  • 2 tsp Vegetable stock powder Vegeta seasoning
  • 1 cup Loprofin Baking Mix

Method

  • Mix together all ingredients
  • * This recipe totals approximately 11 grams of protein
  • Weigh total fritter mixture and divide by 10 to get the weight of 1 Gram portions
  • Heat oil in frypan
  • Weigh 1 gram portion to make 10 equal portions of 1 gram
  • Cook each portion in frypan
  • Enjoy immediately
  • If there are leftover then these burgers freeze very well!
