Caribbean Shake

Ingredients
- 1 pouch (125ml) Lophlex LQ 20 Juicy*
- ½ medium banana
- 6 ice cubes
- 1 tsp honey
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Method
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. If needed, add a small amount of water to help ingredients mix
- Pour into a glass and serve
Tips *Flavour of your choice; you can use PKU Lophlex LQ 10 (62.5ml) instead if this is your supplement of choice.
