Sensational Citrus Berry Fizz

Ingredients
- 1 tub (109g) frozen PKU Lophlex Sensation Berry
- 3 tbsp lemon or lime cordial
- Soda water or mineral water to taste
Method
- Blend Sensation and cordial together, adding soda water or mineral water for smooth blending
- Gradually add more soda water or mineral water to taste, stirring gently with a spoon.
- Pour into a glass and serve.
