Stuffed Tomatoes

Ingredients

large tomatoes

button mushrooms,
chopped

medium onion,
diced

slice
Loprofin Part Baked Loaf
(made into breadcrumbs)

garlic clove,
crushed
1
tbsp
olive oil
2
tbsp
parsley,
chopped
Method
Slice the top off each tomato and scoop out the flesh.
Fry the mushrooms, onion, garlic and breadcrumbs in olive oil.
Season to taste and mix through chopped parsley.
Stuff the tomato shells with the mixture, adding additional bread crumbs on top if desired.
Grill until the tops are golden.
